Came here for late lunch/dinner. Was very impressed with the interior/ decor. Kind of industrial chic. Very nice with clean bathrooms. They even have an outdoor patio. They have a really cool bloody Mary bar. Ordered drinks that we so sweet they were undrinkable. When we mentioned an issue with the drinks and asked for replacements we were given an unbelievable attitude. Then we were ignored for a good half hour. They sat on our food order. Four tables that came in after us by 30 minutes were served food and we waited another 20+ before getting just sandwiches. We watched order after order come out and we waited. After almost an hour we got sandwiches. You are kidding me? We were getting ready to leave when they finally brought food. The food, especially for the prices, was disappointing at best. Fries were overdone and both sandwiches were just OK. The salmon BLT was one filet with lettuce and tomato cut in half. Very small portion cut in half for just under $13. Salmon was fishy. The apps were all around $9 a pop-- The potato pancakes were also just OK but the best thing we had. There was nothing about this experience that was good, other than the decor. My advice would be not to waste your money here, especially with the bad service and attitudes. Nice place, bad service and expensive food. I guess you can treat customers like crap when you are the only restaurant open in town. I'll try Crabby Dicks when they reopen but won't come back here. You only have to give me attitude once. Very petty about the drinks and got dirty looks (for real) from all the wait staff. So disappointing and took forever, I want my two hours back and my $50+ bucks! Not worth a ride from philly.

Went on a sunny Saturday.following a funeral...we took advantage of the patio for a gorgeous day...so sad...the tables still had the remains of the previous patrons....(no they were not busy) so we had to wait while they cleaned...the food was ordinary but overwhelmed by the smell from the dumpsters behind the fence next to the patio .. If you complain here ...look out

Great addition to Delaware City! Small menu but the food is excellent and the beer selection is very good. So happy to have a brew pub so close. The service was excellent and they did a fantastic job on renovations.

The service at this place is extremely SLOW! We waited over an hour for our lunch. The kicker is there was only approximately 15 to 20 people in the entire restaurant! The food was ok, nothin spectacular. The menu is very limited not a lot to choose from.

We were a little disappointed in their Menu. Very limited and 2 of the items list on their small menu had been removed but we were not Told that until my Husband went to order one of them for dinner, the meatloaf. We ended up with a burger and a Reuben which were bOth very good. Beer selectIon was good. I feel with a bigger Menu they would have a better chance success.

Stopped in to see some friends of ours that were playing music here. I read a fb review by Fat Rick that raved about the meatloaf. Yeah... Whatever. Never order meatloaf... That's a good rule of thumb that DOES NOT WORK HERE! Wowowowow One of the best meatloaf's (?) I've ever had ('cept the wife's!) All in all, very cool place, small town feel... Cause it's a small town so... The beer selection could be larger as the wines, but for a small town place that supports live music (Sunday brunch) I think this place absolutely rocks!

I've been here once and the food, drinks, and service were good. It was a little more expensive then I was expecting but I'd go back.

How could I not stop here, right? Your first thought is "its a cheesy name - it will be a cheesy place". They probably sell cigars and the waitresses wear dresses with stains on them. Not true. I have to say, this was actually a great find in the very small downtown of Deleware City, DE. Located on Clinton Street, I was surprised as I walked in to a small high end looking bar. Beautiful wood work, very nice outdoor patio, a few TV's but not too many, and nice view out to small town business district. I stopped in for lunch and the food was great. The Pastrami sandwich had a stoneground mustard that had just the right amount of spice. The skin-on fries were great too. The staff was friendly and didn't mind that I set up shop at s high-top as I killed some time before a meeting. I understand they have a regular schedule of pretty good weekend entertainment. I will absolutely stop back when I'm in the area.

Love the atmosphere - stylish like a British Gastropub. Good beer list & drink menu. We had brunch on Sunday, the ham croquet & breakfast burger. Food was good & Bloody Mary bar was great! Great little gem in Delaware City. Enjoyed listening to the blues band during brunch. Cheers!

I still gave it the same number of stars as my last review, but wanted to update my comments. I have been to Lewinsky's to meet friends several times over the last month and I have to compliment the staff. Especially the Bartender named Michelle. All the staff is terrific! But Michelle went out of her way to be friendly and accommodating. She is knowledgeable about the drinks and specials, and knowledgeable on the menu. Recently, they incorporated a new cocktail menu and though the drinks are slightly pricey, they are delicious! For a special treat on a hot summer day (or evening), you must try the Tutti Fruitti. You won't be disappointed. And their homemade pierogi's (apps) are to die for! You only get three, so they are a little pricey but they are very, very good. Be sure to ask for some sour cream on the side. You'll love them!

I came back tonight and it wasnt to busy so getting a beer was a flash. The bartenders Kirk and Zach were very friendly and I love that there dressed with white button down shirts, black tie and black suspenders, "very classy". I wasnt to hungry but tryed the brussel sproats(sorry dont have auto correct lol) Amazing!!! I had a Purple Haze and chilled back and put in a few songs for karaoke and thats when things started to suck and I mean suck in HD. The DJ would sing, let a few sing, sing again then play four-five songs than take a break.??? I sang 1 time in an hour and a half.??? There were like 12 people in the bar and mabie half had songs in. I was talking to two guys at the bar who were fed up and descided to leave and go somewhere else that had karaoke. Dont get me wrog the DJ was very polite but he'd sing than his mom would ( ??? ) then myself and two others than back to spining tunes and taking another break???? Also a huge safety issue at the end of the bar. Some wood flooring was sticking up and an elderly customer almost bought it. But she didnt seem to care. I guess people in Delaware City are just really really nice. All in all I had a nice time and met some really nice people. Jim,Veronica and Jeremy were so friendly and fun and made the night a fun one. I had met Jim and Jeremy at karaoke at Crabby Dicks a while ago. Im looking forward to seeing them again there or Lewinski's.

We feel like we're at a friend's house when we're here. Waitstaff is warm and efficient. The menu is all comfort food and delicious. Live music! We've even been here for Sunday brunch--very very good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'd like to see them make regular menu changes. Haven't seen this yet, but I've only been there four times in the past three weeks.
